Tucker
We adopted Tucker this past August 30, 2010 as a Birthday present for my husband's 50th birthday. We lost our beloved Chappie on March 5, 2010 and I wasn't quite sure I was ready for another pet I still was not over my grieving process for Chappie. As much of a surprise to every one Tucker came into our home with so much love to give you would of thought he lived here for years. He has only been here a month and a half and he has already claimed his spot on the bed which is right between my husband and I. He loves to cuddle real close at night. We've had nothing but positive things to say about SOS Beagles. And everyone we have been in contact with while adopting Tucker was a delight to deal with. I just want to thank SOS Beagles once again for bringing love and joy back into our home!
Snooper
Hi Guys, I just want to tell you all about Snooper. He has been with us for over a year now and completely changed our lives for the better. He doesn’t bark much or beg for food. Which is odd for a beagle. But he does love to cuddle and nap on top of us. All in all he is a fantastic member of our small family and we could not imagine our lives with out him!
Molly (no picture)
Happy New Years!! Well, to start off, Molly is doing great!!! She is eating all her food daily, Grandmom bought her tons of toys, in which she loves to play with. Her and Mike constantly go out side to play! She has full run of the back yard and just loves it!! She cries when she needs to go out!!! Jessica can;t get enough with her, She has been taking her for walks and she loves it.! Mike calls her my side kick!!! She follows me where ever I go and sleeps by me whenever she can. She listens well, she gives paw on command, she not a food begger when we eat meals!!
There are days, when she earns the nickname of Marley, if you ever got the chance to see the movie!! But all in fun!!! She is just a perfect dog the I just love with all my heart!! Molly did ask me how Jack was!! I really do hope he gets adopted!!!! I keep telling my dad about him!! Well, I gotta go, getting ready for church!!! Hope to hear from you!
Give Jack a big kiss from Molly!!!

Snickers
Hi there. Snickers still likes to sleep under her 'banky', but she is more alert than when we first got her. She is THRILLED that winter is over. She loves to sleep outside in the sun. When we have to leave her for a while, she sits in the front window like a cat and waits for us to come home. SO cute. She and I play a howling game where we bay back and forth at each other like we are singing a duet. She will get a twinkle in her eye when she wants to play. We call it "SPAZ DOG". As soon as we say that, she will tear through the house, jumping on beds - hiding under another bed - bouncing off the living room couch - zoom zoom zoom through the house. Then, she PLOPS. As quickly as she decided to play - she decides that she is done.
Her latest thing is that she sneaks off to harass the little Boston Terrier up the street. She hears him when he is tethered in the back yard. Jim thinks she is being a good mother, giving him comfort. I call her a Cougar teasing the younger men! Jim says, "NOT MY daughter!!!" She goes up there and sits JUST OUT OF HIS REACH; quietly stares at him while he goes bonkers. The neighbor doesn't mind. He thinks its cute. I tethered her one day and told her that she needed to stay with mommy and help in the garden. She pouted for 2 days. My gosh, she is so sensitive.
Jim feeds her, takes her out to potty...but MOMMY is the alpha dog. When we walk around the block, I have to go or she digs in her paws and won't MOVE. When I go, she easily prances along side of me as if to say, "I'm with my MOM!" One day, I couldn't go and Jim was trying to drag her little butt around the neighborhood. One guy yelled, "That dog would go easier if you flipped her on back and slid her around the block." So funny! She definitely has a mind of her own.
We love on her a lot. We both cuddle and rub her tummy. She makes this high pitch whine as if to say, "I've never been so LOVED!!! I love my mom and dad!!!" So sweet.
So, that is the latest in the life of Snickers. She is the light of our life. We have a few trips coming up this summer. We dread leaving our baby, but babysitting is not a problem. We have several friends fighting over her. Everybody loves Snickers. We thank you everyday for bringing us together.

Marvin
Hello, my name is Tonika. I adopted the most adorable Beagle from your rescue last September (2008). He is the sweetest, most lovable dog EVER. I just want to say Thank You, I couldn't have asked for a more perfect first dog (though I admit, housebreaking wasn't easy, haha). Now I'm looking for a canine sister for him. Thanks again, Happy Holidays.
Anna (renamed Molly)
I wanted to let you know that we renamed Anna, Molly. She is doing great and we are so happy that she is a part of our family. We love her very much. My husband adores her and I think she has already become a Daddy's girl! Molly is doing fine, except we need to correct her jumping. I enrolled "us" in obedience school at Club Fido. Our first lesson was last Thursday. It actually was fun. We will be going once a week for the next four weeks.
